Go to www.kennettnet.co.uk and download iPod util. It will look at what songs are on your iPod and you can select which songs you would like to transfer. After they are transfered onto your PC, iTunes will find them and add them to your library.

when you put your ipod into itunes, there is an option to manually sync. so all you have to do is drag all the songs you want from your ipod into your itunes music folder.

Really easy, fast and simple. And it's free too. Saved me a lot of time when you compare it to that shitty "copypod" b.s. stupid thing has a 100 song limit while this one has NO limit.
