It will be nice nice nice nice nice! If you are from a "cooler" county or state you will find it perfect sunbathing weather so take sunscreen if you plan to get some rays. Dont be afraid in your hotel to ask which area of the pool gets the most sun so you are not chasing it around at that time of year :). If you are from a warmer country it may feel a bit chilly!
If you are just sightseeing then dont worry about the weather you will prob need somethng to keep you warm inside anyway, they do tend to have that air con up a bit high in the casinos!

I have never been to Las Vegas in March, but I have been there in Feb. It was in the low 60s and sunny. March is considered one of the best months weatherwise to visit-in the 70s during the day, and in the 40s and 50s at night. Las Vegas is also the driest large city in the US, so you won't need an umbrella!

The average high temp is 69.5 and the low is 47. The monthly rainfall is a little more than a half an inch. Below are two links to the National Weather Service web site. If you want to know the week before, call their office at 702-732-9250 and they will be able to give you the forecast.
