I ask this because I believe if a woman does the above, a man will have little or no reason to stray.

Depends on the man.
Some men cannot resist the urge to chase a tempting, beckoning target. Some guys just fundamentally aren't monogamous by nature, and shouldn't be in relationships with monogamous women. Some guys are just flirts, and aren't good at making it clear that they're just enjoying the game, and feel obliged to follow through. (Switch genders, and it's all also true of women.)
If a woman takes care of herself, yes, that removes one often given reason, but both parties in a relationship need to do so, both physically and mentally. A little time spent apart doing different mental things gives you things to talk about together, so you can be friends as well as lovers.
I don't think that you can entirely affair-proof a relationship, but I also believe that you can make a good marriage in which all sexual needs are met within the marriage, and most of the companionship ones as well.

How does one judge "sexually available and enthusiastic"? What is enough for one person may be too little for another. How are women to judge if their bodies are fit enough? Everyone gets middle age spread. Many women are extremely self-conscious about these kinds of issues. How is a woman to know that she's enough that her man would never cheat? How is she to know her man won't cheat no matter what? Furthermore, even though women should be able to judge whether their partner is trustworthy, some pairs have very different ideas of what is owed to a partner. Communication is important and even those pairs who do practice good communication may feel that discussing such things makes them look bad and so avoid the topics. There's so much room for doubt.

A woman can't always keep herself fit(pregnancy, sickness, etc...), be dressed and made up nicely, isn't always going to be available(or enthusiastic) for sex. They should always treat the guy with respect(unless he doesn't deserve it).
Yes, I am aware that sometimes a woman will make it utterly intolerable for her man to stay with her, but it isn't always because of the woman that the man cheats, sometimes(or maybe most of the time) it is actually the man's fault and responsibility for straying. To try and say that because she may not be as "hot" as she was when they first met is a reason for cheating is just dodging responsibility.

Not too many would. But we're no robots. Life has its ups and downs and we can't always remain as nice as your description. Sometimes we don't feel like having sex, sometimes we gain weight, and sometimes we're moody, mean and needy. It would be ideal to remain as close to your description as possible, but I don't think it's realistic. Unless it's a long-distance relationship and we only see each other once every two months, but that would not be frequent enough to meet all our needs.
And some cheat because they need change, never satisfied and are simply weak for new vagina, so it doesn't matter how much and what you do.

Some guys will cheat, no matter what. In fact, I think you will cheat because if you have this list for your woman, you will find that she never satisfies every item on the list.
If you really love someone and want to stay with her, you won't cheat no matter how bad she gets. If it's over, break up before you cheat.

Well it is on the Genes and the environment that a man or a woman Grows up and the way their parents treat each other when the times of means of transportation was very limited people had very few chances to stray and the temptation was limited also what kind of respect you show to your partner !

I keep up my body to keep up my own confidence and well being... A woman who feels negative about themselves will bring out negative thoughts through their spouse.... BUT I must agree with most that if a man is going to cheat he was going to cheat no matter what. I had a teacher in high school that was beautiful straight out of bed, but yet her husband left her for a younger less attractive woman.... Go figure.... He later left that woman and is now with another woman. Who knows when it will end....Love does not lie with looks alone!!!

Yes, if a person is prone to cheating, they will do it regardless. You can be the best wife/girlfriend in the world, and your man may get bored with you. The same is true for a woman.

It depends on the man. There are some guys that could be married to the most wonderful woman in the world and they'd still cheat.
