No they're not. I went to get some burgers for dinner yesterday (12/24/07) and it said on their sign, "We close at 11pm and the whole Christmas day so our associates can spend time with their families."

I doubt it. The founders of In-N-Out are religious, so I don't think they'd be open on a major Christian holiday. Then again, I know for a fact they're open on Easter. Hmm...sorry I can't be of more help to you.

Steak 'n Shake officially closes one day of the year - Christmas. They do close on other days, though. Their reason: "For Cleaning". In reality, the "cleaning" is really spraying for bugs. Think about that the next time you go in and order those skinny french fries,
