Too many people judge.
I'm not saying you should make exscuses or exscuse the rapists, murders, robbers, and other criminals because you shouldn't.
I myself am a victim of rape.
I know how it feels even after it's over.
it's wrong to profile them.
I do believe some people go crazy or are demonically possessed.

I think Yahoo answers/questions is a great way to inform people.
I'm not really asking a question.
I'm just passing along a message.

I'm not saying they shouldn't be convicted.
I couldn't sleep or walk outside of my house if the guy who raped me was still on the streets.
You should be cautious when you're around them but you shouldn't judge them.
half the guys who are charged with rape and murder didn't even really do it.
you always have to consider that someone has a story.

We need to make wise observations, get them convicted and keep them hidden away with the rest of the slime for society's safety. I have a friend that I have known forever, and her family too. I found out last year that her brother was arrested for Rape of A Child, "Most Serious Offense". Not only that, but he'd been doing it for a few years since her married her dingbat mother to get next to "the kids".

The guy was married to a wonderful woman and together they had a son which we believe he did something to his own son also. Anyway, there is a time to observe and take action. As far judging these bad ones to a permanent death (hell) that much is up to God, but I do believe if the opportunity presents itself again the brother would rape another child. The girl's own mother supported the guy, her abuser husband and dissed her daughter. Well, now the brother (child rapist) got over 10 years in prison---he is now a felon.

It really got to me because I've known this guy since I was a kid. He's 41 now and no better since than to go around raping little defenseless girls.

Now that girl's life is ruined because of her own stepfather and the thing was, he lied all the way up until his attorney, shortly before the "would-be trial", did the DNA testing. It was him for sure! He caused everyone to go thru over a year of torment while he held out and lied! This angered me because he knew what he had done all along and just kept "riding the system" and allowing everyone else, esp. the little girl to be victimized.

With any luck, he'll rot in prison and/or get his behind dusted up by fellow inmates. You know how they despise child rapists, and oh, "Bubba" just might have his way with him. "Pathetic" justice at its finest.

No let a bullet judge the criminal only if he did something really bad like murder or rape something along those lines.
If they are a rapist shoot them with a .22 and let them bleed to death in a cage.
A murderer gets shot with 9mm multiple times then gets thrown in a pit.
A serial killer or some type of virginia tech psycho who did not kill himself shoot them with a 12 gauge 00 buckshot so they wont be recognized and cant have a open casket funeral.
Any type of child killer/molestor gets stabbed many times and thrown in a pool of acid to die slowly, painfully, and that there is nothing left of him to bury.

If we did that I guarantee you that crime would go down and the prison population will be severly decreased to the point were non violent petty criminals are the only people alive and still allowed to breath and be free once they served their time.

If we let those who commit crimes go free throughout society, what will happen? Unfortunately, whether you believe in demonic possession, or lack of control, society will NOT survive in any semblance of what we have today. Society in general needs to be protected from the excesses of the few. We are supposed to be a nation based on law, and to some extent, a belief in God. Our laws are supposed to be based on "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." which implies that if lawbreakers wish to violate someone else, they wish for society to violate them. Since their acts are done of their own volition, it would be safe to say that they are volunteering for whatever society has decreed to be the consequence of their action. At least we wait for them to transgress before we put them on trial, let them give their side of the story before we convict, and let them know ahead of time what consequence they can expect. Do they show the same consideration? When you were raped, did you volunteer? I doubt it, so we've already given them a better break than they gave their victims.

Laws don't judge, they convict. To give a simple example. I was pulled over for speeding. I paid the fine. I did something society does not approve of, I was given a fine to show that disapproval. Let God judge me as a person, and not a speeder.

Do you mean that we shouldn't convict them? I think we should...many of these people don't believe in God, so they don't fear punishment from God...the only punishment that will hopefully teach them a lesson is by going to jail or whatever.
And I don't judge a lot of these people. I understand that people crack, that they have mental problems. But when a person with a conscience does something very wrong, something they KNOW is wrong, I do judge them.

I say don't wait for God to judge them.

We must destroy evil and make examples of criminals so they will respect and adhere to the law.

Make punishment swift and sure.
