Umm, no. Anybody can put on a yarmulke and pray at the Western Wall. I'm sure thousands if not millions of Christians do it every year. A Christian will tell you that the Temple Mount is a part of their Judeo-Christian heritage, and as for covering his head, he's just showing respect for our customs. (Technically, in contrast to many other religions, Judaism does not teach that non-Jews are obligated to submit to its laws - the yarmulke was just a nice gesture.)
I guarantee you that George Bush is 100% goy. Seriously, the guy's goyish like lime jello. It's like Jules Farber says: "The time is at hand when the wearing of a prayer shawl and skullcap will not bar a man from the White House, unless, of course, the man is Jewish."

No, I'm pretty sure George is not Jewish. However, I believe that photo was taken on a trip to Israel where George showed proper etiquette and respect towards Jewish customs while making a visit to the Wailing Wall.
edit: After reading Andy F's comment, and looking again at the pic, I do have to admit it does look photoshopped. But, it could be real. I don't know. But my comment reflect what the picture appears to be and what George is doing.

From the photo it looks like... but...
everyone can visit an touch the wall, and it is compulsory to wear the cap... so, for the people and tourists which are not Jewish they distribute free paper caps to wear... at least that is what i saw when I went there.
If George Bush went there, sure he also had to wear the cap, but it does not mean he is Jewish... actually, he declares himself "good Christian guided by God".

There are pictures of Bill Clinton with yarmulke as well and I believe one or two at the wall. Bush is self professed Christians and his blood line has been linked to the Queen's which in turn seems to have many tales of many orgins.

This picture is a phony. George Bush is NOT Jewish (G-d forbid!). He was showing respect as we would expect any head of state to do while he was visiting this country. Why do you have to make something out of nothing?

No, he's in bed with more Muslims and Christians... not many Jews, Atheists or Buddhists.
It was nice of him to give that award to the Dalai Lama though... it did a good job of distracting us Buddhists from the issues in Burma for about 5 minutes.
