It is the first movement (of three) from 'Winter' from Vivaldi's 'The Four Seasons' - the last of a series of four violin concertos depicting the seasons (the others being, in order, Spring, Summer and Autumn).
Although The Four Seasons is the most famous and (over)played of Vivaldi's works, there are literally 100s of amazing pieces by him that I am sure you would enjoy.
