If you mean swinging volley, that would have to be Andre Agassi, who practically invented that shot, and for the women Maria Sharapova and the Williams sisters are pretty lethal.

While "drive volley" is not really a tennis term (I'm assuming you mean swinging volley) nor is it a technique that is generally taught, Andre Agassi was known as one of the people who popularized this stroke. Today, I don't know any male players that intentionally do this very often but I have seen Roger Federer and Lleyton Hewitt do this on occasion. On the women's side, Maria Sharapova does this often, in fact most times she comes to the net she hits a swinging volley. Venus Williams also does this move sometimes but usually sticks to regular volleys.

women-probably maria sharapova or venus williams both really smack the ball, and men-roger federer and ive seen thomas berdych hit a few and he has a pretty good dry volley.and it may not be a tennis term but it's still gets named as a dry volley by players and commentators so there.lol

for the men, well i would say roger Federer... this is one of the reasons why he wins so many wimbledons.. great volleying skills

the women, i would say in the past Amelia Mauresmo, but now currently i would say JUSTINE HENIN, did you see how justine punished everyone at the net at the US OPEN...
after justine it would be Amelia Mauresmo

these are two are the best net players/volleyers
