2 bands I love when smoking are Opeth and Mr. Bungle. If you're not into metal with growling and everything, get Opeth's album Damnation (no metal, no growling just chill ***, trippy music.) And i'd try to explain to you Mr. Bungle but you're going to have to find out for yourself because it's just... intense. I recommend their self titled album btw.
