donate the stuff you have to charity, take a break from civilisation and go out in the woods, where you are away from technology, for a while...it is hard in the beginning, but eventually it gets off your system....
it works, i did it too. i couldnt be away from my phone for more than a secind, even in class, and when i get home, straight to the computer, watching TV and playing games at the same time and listening to music...then i went to the mountains for a three months......and now i can bear to be away from these
good luck, best lof regards...and merry christmas

Well, just like any addiction to something you don't need to survive, like alcohol or drugs, the obvious answer is to remove all technological devices from your home. I recommend that you then find a counselor you can talk to, because once the technology is gone you are going to have to fill the emptiness in your life with something else, and more important, you'll have to figure out how you got that way in the first place. Something is going on inside you that has nothing to do with an addiction to technological stuff. That's just the symptom.

You might even decide and take a long walk or a ride into the countryside, alone or toghether with some loving friend of yours.
You might decide and take a walk or a ride to the lakeside, to the seaside, to some country site of yours or of friends,
or upwards towards and thru some green flowery hills or woods, or to some steep glowing mountain four hours ahead of you.
There are plenty of possibilities. You might even take some or all of your family with you, and you might even decide to go and eat some delicious food far far away from your own room and your technology.
Please take and try, or let somebody else push you to it as energically as necessary!

Try to not do any of these until laaaaaaater, for e.g. if you stay away from your computer for a long time - not very long, then return to it u would find it more interesting, and rather as a treat. Try it.
