I don't know about normal, but it is a fairly common kink. It DOESN'T mean he's gay or bisexual if that's what you are worried about. It does mean that he gets comfort from women's things.
You will have to talk with him bluntly and honestly to see what exactly it means to him, how far this goes for him and if you are able to live with it.
It's alright for you to be skeeved out by it, but I think you should try to understand it first--unless you are just looking for an excuse to divorce. If after trying to live with it, you still can't accept it, then it would be fair for you to leave the relationship. I don't think that you can continue respecting and caring for a person as they need to be if they are engaging in a practice that causes you to a great deal of discomfort or that you disapprove of.

Men are just curious. Many women at some point in marriage, hold their husband's penis while they pee. It's just curiosity, it has nothing to do with a woman wanting a penis, they just want to know what the other sex is always doing.

I think is not normal in a heterosexual relationship. Maybe he has some issues that the two of you need to discuss. He may be having repressed feelings especially if he is doing it in secret. I think he is hiding something. Please talk to him, you are married and secrets only lead to problems.
