plzz i already know about the whole breath in and out, or count to 10. mabey another tecnequie would help. thanx

1) Go for a mad run : always helps me when I'm pissed off
2) Scream into your pillow, it'll help :)
3) Take kickboxing lessons
4)Take a walk outside, the air will help :)
5) If you've got a pet, cuddle it. I heard it can help calm people down.
6) If you smoke, well maybe go for a smoke(not suggesting you start if you don't!!)
7)Smile, its a weird thing to do when your mad but it helps
8)Call up a friend and VENT
9)Swimming does wonders for me, just makes you forget everything.
10) Maybe if you need to, Cry. Alot of the time it helps you release all that stress in you and feel calm when youve finished.
11) Don't sit around because you probably have all this ticked off energy in you, it'll just leave time for you to think about what pissed you off and get you pissed off again lol:

Try and Keep busy, I personally think you should strap on your IPOD, listen to really loud music and go for a run. It releases endorphins which make you happy and relieves stress.
Run somewhere far and then you'll slow down eventually and become calm in spite of it all. Then maybe have a seat in the park and just watch the sun set and before you know it you'll have forgotten all your troubles:).
If not, run on home and splash cold water on your face.

write down whatever is ticking you off, just rant on paper. Then put the journal away and just
zone out,
put loud music on and close your eyes, get some junk food and watch an distracting movie, scream into a pillow then read a really good book...ect.
distraction is the key, once you calm yourself down the stress will subside.

I throw stuff at walls. But that probably isn't the best way to calm down & save your stuff from breaking. Or scream into a pillow, or just a good cry. Crying can release alot of built up stress & anger. :)

I paint or listen to music
Then of course you could write out the entire situation and what you 'think' you would have done if you let your anger run it's course then tear it up and flush it down the toilet.
Maybe scream. Only you knows you!

Put your Favourate music on...
Get something soft..
Bite it as hard as you can and maybe growl at the same time.

Or.

Get something that you hate or blongs to the person you hate or argued with...
Now Throw it th hardest you can on a bed or something that doesnt make too much noise.

well i i bring my hands up and around in a circle and pull them down in front of my face and while i am pulling them around i breath in and when i pull them down i breath out, i do that 3 times and then i push my hands out and say "wahhhhh" i really helps by the time it's over i'm totally calm

I go to the gym. There is nothing better then getting all your agression out on the bench..

and if that doesnt work there there always is Jack or Jim.

Ya kick the dog, then the wall and go outside and scream your lungs out. That should help.
