I recently bought the wireless router Hercules WiFi because I wanted wirless internet for my macbook, and for my nintendo Wii. Both my laptop and Wii show that they have connected with the Hercules WiFi, but when I try to access the internet, it says there is no connection. Ive recently been on a website where people can comment on the product. Some users said that they had the same problem as me, but then others said that as soon as they plugged it into the computer, it worked straight away, and was the best thing they have ever bought. Im getting really frustrated now, and I hope someone has any hints or problem solvers, because otherwise I would have wasted 40 euros! thanks

I went to the Hercules website and it totally sucks! There isn't any worthwhile information there to assist people who are having issues with hooking up the router. All I found was an article (veiwable via Adobe Reader, a free app) which discusses and explains how to locate and hook up to a network connection *after* the router has already been correctly installed. Which is worthless to assit in the actual installation process.

The website has this area for "advanced help" but you would have to register to receive that assistance.

What I reccomend at this point is for you to register your product and yourself at the Hercules website. Here is the link:

http://hercules.com/uk/support-faq/

Once you register and open a User account you should then attempt to contact support.

Another option is for you to check the package that your router came in and locate a phone number to technical support and phone them directly. When I have trouble with my Belkin hardware that is what I do. You will not be able to get ahold of anyone today due to Christmas and all. However, everyone should be back in the office tomorrow.

Good luck and I hope you get this resolved quickly and please have a very Merry Christmas, if you observe it, and a Happy New Year.
