im 16 and this summer i wanna go and i need 2 find out how much it cost and where to go to do it.

I participated in the Trainer For a Day program at Discovery Cove in Orlando, Florida. My program cost was about $435 and included an all-day personal behind the scenes educational experience as well as intense time and trainign with the dolphins and all meals and snack. They have other package options listed on their website as well and they are not as expensive. My experience was thorough, educational and absolutely amazing! All of the Discovery Cove programs are great, take a look:

There are also places in the Bahamas and Clearwater, FL that offer interactive dolphin experiences, which are probably your closest options.

Go to a aquarium in Texas it will cost around 230 dollars per person to swim with them
