For the last year or so I have been making a playlist on iTunes until I could get my iPod. Well, I just got it and it took it forever for iTunes to recognize it. When it finaly did, it said it was corrupt and that it should be restored to it's original settings and needs an update. I got the update for it and then I restored it to it's factory settings. Then it said it needed to be restored again, so I did it again. Now it keeps saying that it needs to be restored, over and over again. I keep doing it but it keeps saying that. Please help. Thanks!

You seem to have done all the obvious things. I think you are going to have to talk to customer service. It is possible the memory is defective.

Did you hit your Ipod on anything? it could be a result of a scratched hard drive. Even the tiniest scratch, if it's in just the right spot can mess up your ipod. other causes could be removing the cable while it was still initializing or updating, updating it while your computer is infected with a virus, or simply overloading the ipod. if none of these things happened to you, it must just be a factory defect. I recommend taking it back, if you still are under warranty.

I dont comprehend this commentary: i could choose to apply each and every little thing on laptop and pc. It seems such as you elect to take the laptop and transplant it to a pc so so you might use the two. you are able to take the information and apply it to the two very genuinely. Dont attempt to repeat classes, they'll must be re-put in for the reason which you won't be able to replica them genuinely like that. you are able to flow your records to an externalcontinual genuinely and that's stable to try this jointly as you fix a working laptop or laptop, through fact it could be lost interior the approach in any different case. replica and paste; your records will seem interior the folders "information and Settings" or "purchasers", so be confident to repeat a minimum of those.

1) it could be a problem with the computer.
2)maybe the ipod is broken, if you have warranty, bring your ipod back to the store and get a new one.
3) if all else fails, call the company and ask for help.

Please explain your problem more clearly. I don't even know if you plugged your ipod into the computer properly. haha.
