i think it is a personal choice /preference and there is nothing wrong about it. ppl can't help to look different from the outside but from inside we are all the same.
we all fall in love but we can't help with whom we fall in love with.

Practising homosexuality was a criminal offence before 1960. It was considered to be an unnatural practise from Biblical Times up to 1960. Many boys have had the unpleasant experience of perverted approaches by dirty old men when they were very young.
Around 1960, these people started infiltrating Politics and the Legal profession, and although they constitute less than 6% of the UK population, the law was changed to suit them, more or less against the wishes of the other 94%.
I can not see why childhood and religious teachings can be changed by an Act of Parliament.

Men in love with men should be a personal matter between the two concerned parties. As with hetro's. It sometimes offends the sensibilities of the mass morality to hear of lewd and intimate details of such matters best discussed in private between the individuals.
Most boys and young men pass through a phase in their formative years when they are intimate with other males. It is perfectly healthy. Its unfortunate that a very vociferous and vocal minority need to take such a public stand on this issue.
The neccessity to inflict upon others views which can offend, is a modern day ????..
The war of the sexes...a counterproductive stance by angry males against feminism...Matrimoney should be reserved for those wishing to bring offspring into this godforsaken hellish world.

Homosexuals can't get properly married, only have a civil partnership. If they want a civil partnership to show that they are going to stay together...fine, why not?
There are many fine, decent homosexuals who are accepted into the community, it's the flamboyant ones who kiss and fondle in public that put most people off. It's this type that spoils it for the sensible ones who keep their private 'activities' private. Many heterosexuals still don't feel comfortable watching homosexuals kissing etc.

I don't think about it. It's a non-issue for consenting adults. Marriage was designed to be a binding social and socioeconomic contract. Nothing more. In more solvent times, we've turned it into romance, which (unfortunate or not, sad or not) ends more often than not in divorce in our country. What marriage does give you is the right to make decisions about the other when he/she is unable to do so rather than genetic-bloodline family stepping in to assert their preferences. Who cares? Really? Bible-thumpers (and other "religious" thumpers) are referring to antiquated notions about the union applying to sex/gender. Honestly, can anyone who's remotely able to step outside their own fears, narrow beliefs, etc., really care about this?

I don't mind gay men having civil partnerships at all. What I do think is wrong is when they marry women for whatever reason. Nobody ends up happy.

While it isn't as 'natural' as a man and woman, if you love a same sex truely then i'm all for that because you can't help who you fall in love with.
EDIT - I see the thumbs down are from people who are against or hate homosexuality then, how close minded.

Personally, i think its the people choice. When they decide to be gay, then they know the consequence. We can't judge them, only God can. So I'm move out the way, gladly, and let God handle it.
