I can't tell from those pictures, but wouldn't it be really bad for your eyes to put makeup there? I'm sure you could achieve the same effect without getting makeup so close (and in) to your eyes.

It's somewhat hard to see but I think so. I've always worn my eye liner on my waterline ever since I started wearing it. It's really not as bad as people think it is. But then again, everybody's different. I find it to be easy and it looks really good.

yeah, she does. I wear it like that too. it's a little harder to put in on, especially if you're really blinky (like i am), but it gives your eyes a dramatic look and makes them pop. If you're interested in copying the look, use a mechanical pencil liner (pencil liner doesn't work as well and liquid can get in your eyes), like Cover Girl's Perfect Point Plus.
