i use both. everyday, i have coffee in the morning and prefer iced tea as the beverage for lunch and later as a pick me up. better that diet sodas and is a good and mild diuretic. got turn off of hot tea years ago for some reason that i don't understand.

hot chocolate with mini marshmallows, just like the large cup on my desk!
I don't even like the smell of coffee and tea only taste like whatever you put in it (mine would end up being warn "honey flavored water")
