Goodnight Sweetheart. It is a British serio-comedy about a guy in the 1980s who finds a wormhole like 'door' to the past...into the 1940s. In the '80s he is a failing TV repairman. In the '40s he poses as a military intelligence officer. He freely moves back and forth between times, and is married in the '80 but nearing a divorce. In The 40s, he gets a girlfriend, and makes her pregnant. some episodes are more comical, and others are more serious.
