i spend my x-mas with my boyfriend and then we went to a resturant and cme home to our family and partied till sunrise lol

Well, for me this Christmas is a three day event. On Sunday I went to the annual family Christmas dinner (used to be held on Christmas Day at my grandmother's but she passed away back in April and there were relatives who were going away on a trip for today so the dinner moved two days earlier) where we had the usual potluck fare and exchanged gifts. Then I went to one of the local international airports (by local I mean just for this region of the country) to pick up my baby sister.
Christmas Eve was spent wrapping yet unwrapped presents, waiting for my sisters missing luggage to arrive (it got seperated from her flight and the airline shipped it to the house). Then at eleven PM the immediate family exchanged gifts.
Today is more a day to lean back and relax with the family for a change. Get to enjoy some of the stuff we each got and have an unusual Christmas dinner. Unusual in that over the course of twenty-one years our family has rarely had Christmas dinner just by ourselves. We've usually, as I explained earlier, had it at my grandmother's with the extended family. This would have been the twenty-second year had grandma not passed away. Which would have meant a very hectic day. But Christmas dinner at home this year is a lot more relaxed.

Its not over yet but I wokr up with my kids and opened presents and Santa was so good to us this year! ⥠Now I am at work, I get off in half an hour and I am going to my kids grandmothers house and then to the hospital to see a friend and then home to play with all the stuff I didnt get to play with this morning â¥

I live in Canada and my husband flew my sister in for a week from England to spend it with us! It was a wonderful surprise as I miss my family a lot!
