Hey!

Make sure you don't have bright colors or patterns unless your work is not formal. Wear black, grey and white. Sometimes even navy.

Good Luck!

It varies with the job. Janitorial is usually green, or blue, jumpsuit type of dress. Business/banking is grey, or blue, 3 piece suit with tie. Office work is usually white dress shirt, and dress black slacks, with tie, but the suit coat is optional. Black oxford type shoes are for business/office, while chuka boot is good for factory, janitorial, food service, work. Women have more options as to skirts, dresses, blouses, etc, for office, banking, etc. Anything that is pleasantly colored, tastefully styled, and not too revealing, should work. Some offices, etc, will have dress codes, which they will inform you of.

Depends on your shape and size. For example, a smaller woman might go for a bright orange because she doesn't have as much to show and orange is a bright color; whereas a larger woman might where a maroon or black because then it doesn't draw as much attention. Hopefully this helped!

It does not sound like you have to wear a uniform so I would stick with neutrals like black and navy for pants and soft colors on top until you find out what everyone else is wearing there. good luck on new job.
