Hey!
Before you go shopping in the stores, go on the stores' websites and see whats on sale! Make a list of how many pairs of shirts, pants, sweaters, etc. Then, plan how much you are willing to spend for each item! Example: No more than 25 for a pair of jeans, and no more than 15 bucks for a shirt!
Here is a good clothing site/store where they have a lot of good discounts!

a] go through tops, and see what needs to be replaced or is missing
b] repeat with pants
c] repeat with skirts
d] repeat with outer layers [ hoodies, sweaters, jackets, etc ]
e] check shoes, handbags, belts, jewelry
2] list what item, and what color to look for
3] don't buy something unless it is on your list - no impulse buying
4] take a friend or relative with good taste with you
