Why is it that Coaches are not traded or transferred in proffessional sports like, football, basketball, rugby, hockey etc.. if they think the coaches are the reasons why teams win games and championships like they do to player , if a coach is better on a team who wins than other losing coaches ?.

Mainly because coaches are more or less considered management where the players are considered part of the bargaining units.

They have totally different types of contracts because of that.

It does happen, but it's very rare Gruden going to bucs cost them Tampa Bay's 2002 and 2003 first- and second-round draft picks and $8 million in cash. Herm Edwards going to the chefs cost them their 4th round pick (Leon Washington, RB, Florida State) in 2006 NFL Draft as compensation.
The reason it's rare is that very few coaches get long term deals, ie like the 6+ year deals players do, so the time they are under contract is much more likely to be pleasant or end before both sides want to go in a different direction, remember someone has to want your coach bad enough to trade for him and the team that has him must be willing to let him go, for instance you could offer the patriots your first round pick for 5 years and they'd keep belichik. Also nearly all coaches have buy out options where the team can just give them money and part with them rather than try and pawn them away. Another problem is that teams do not often have coaching spots open at the same time, let alone the desire to fill them by trade vs a 'free agent' coach (like cowher and plenty others right now).
So, to summarize, there is not the demand, there is not enough/converging openings, shorter contracts, buy outs.

Different type of contracts. However, two coaches switched clubs in 2007.

Michael Hagan went to Parramatta and Brian Smith went to Newcastle. Matthew Elliot left Canberra for Penrith and the media thought that John Lang may switch to Canberra. John Lang was never on Canberra's wish list. The job went to former Cowboy's assistant coach, Neil Henry
