I would not do either. An MBA from an unranked program does little more for you than a BS in business.

While Harvard's MA in Management program allows you to take some classes on-line, some classes must be taken in person in Cambridge. Only their Certificate Programs can be completed taking only on-line classes. See the link below for more details.

Even with this degree, employers will know that it is not an MBA. Still -- it is a master's degree from Harvard -- and is worth something.
