I'm quite certain its not a scar from masturbating, and probably isn't a stretch mark unless your penis has dramatically increased in size.
It is most likely your circumsizion scar.

Scars and stretch marks are pretty much permanent. Most women shouldn't care. If you're circumcised, it's probably your circumcision scar where the foreskin was cut off - it looks like a brownish ring around your penis.
Anyway, there are some creams that'll help reduce the appearance of scars, but I doubt they'll eliminate them.

There is nothing wrong with having stretch marks or scars on your boobs like he is perfect yea right hey let words hurt you and maybe he too shallow for you tell him to hit the road and find someone who sees beauty in beauty and not slight imperfections that we all have. Smile and don't feel pathetic, he is pathetic for saying something like that to you in the first place.

Start using a penis health creme man. There is nothing better out there for penis skin issues. They treat dryness, discoloration, blemishes, cracking, itchiness and soreness. I've been using one for a while now and I love it. So does my girlfriend.

Are you sure it's not an STD?! Maybe you should ask your doctor?
If it's a stretch mark, well I'm thinking if it gets so swollen that it made a stretch mark, your girl isn't gonna care about how it looks, but she's sure gonna love how it feels! (If she doesn't like how it looks, tell her you can hide it inside 'something' so she doesn't have to look at it... ha ha ha!)

No need to worry about it at all. If your girlfriend has a fit about such a small thing, dump her for being shallow.

She wont mind the scar, afterall, its how you relate to her that matters. Your penile scar is one thing that makes you unique as an individual.

scars are permanent, you are stuck with it so I would frankly forget about it, if you don't make a big deal about it, she won't either.
