Hmmm...Your Beautiful But If You Think You Need To Brighten Up Your Look Then Here Are Some Tips!
Tip 1: Cut Your Hair, At Least To Shoulder Length (Opitional)
Tip 2: Try Some Loose Bouncy Curls With Rollers Or Simply A Curling Iron
Tip 3: If Your Face Is Having Breakouts Wash It Atleast 1 Or 2 Times A Day
Tip 4: Your Face Is Flattering But Try Your Skin Tone Shade Blush, A Glossy Lip, Mascara Medium, And A Smoky Brown For Your Eyes. (Warning:DONT OVER DUE IT!)
Tip 5:Try Some Boots With Skinny Jeans And A Vintage Top Or A Flattering Dress Is Good Too!
Tip 6: ACESSORIES! :) Lots And Lots!

The first thing about a make over is obviously the hair! If its curly - go striaght, if striaght, then add lucious curls by using curling tongs, plattin wet hair before sleep (put mousse on it in the mornin and scruch). Also, change the parting for example if its in the middle then do it to the side.Then the make up. Try top black liquid eyeliner an curling mascara to bring out your eyes, sparkly gliterry lipgloss, and blush! Add distinctive jewlerry like ear rings and your ready 2 go! Oh and girl, glasses r hott and sexy!! Trust, i bet u'l look beautiful tho! Good luck!

you look fine the way you are, BUT

try:
- mascara or eye illuminator
- a light pink lipgloss
- a bit of pink blush
- clothes that you love
- mousse / scrunching gel to make your hair wavy
- headbands with bows
- a teeny bit of a haircut?

you would look great with wavy
or loose-curly hair :) really.
