knowing that you don't know the answer, and you want to know the answer but they ask you anyways to hear you say "i don't know" or "how am i supposed to know?"

someone does something real bad, and you hear it on the news (something like murder)
and someone SERIOUSLY asks you "why would they do that" and there are many more examples that i can't think of right now

Yes! but what's really bad is when you know the answer and you give the answer and then you get reported for knowing to much,or you get reported for not knowing the answer.
