Straight jackets limit access to the good parts, so unless you have one with openings, I'd say handcuffs, so you can reach all the goodies.

Handcuffs allow ever so much more flexibility in positioning that I tend to prefer them over straightjackets every single time. The only problem is if they're not properly lined with a pressure-absorbing material.

well if it absolutely HAD to be one of those it would have to be the handcuffs as i am terribly claustrophobic as it is,and it would kill me one way or another to be tied up in any way and not to have any type of control of myself. that in my mind is the only way i can see myself killing a person. to be free.
