beside the excersize you need to change your diet too....you should have lean proteins, good cards, good fats.....try the zone diet or something and you can u like one gallon water bottles as weight and do chest press and all that stuff....just keep going never give up....dont let anything stop u...and to that little voice inside that wants to give up tell it to shut up...anyhow good luck....believe in yourself.....

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

Congratulations on deciding to take care of yourself. You have to spend more calories than you take in to lose the fat. Meanwhile do some simple exercises to tone up your body. If you don't feel comfortable walking in your city, then just walk around your apartment/house or climb the stairs for 15 minutes to start. You don't need a gym, just use canned goods (or a bag full of canned goods) for weights. Keep a journal of what you eat for a couple of weeks. You'll be shocked how many calories you can put away, but happy when you see how you can cut back a little to make differences.

there is no way to "spot lose" fat. You can build your chest muscles, but that will not rid you of the fat. The only way is to diet and lose weight. Some men have genetic gynecomastia, (man boobs) in which case the only way to rid yourself of them is to have surgery. Your girlfriend should love you for who you are, not what you look like.
