And a Metal Christmas to you as well! Jack Daniels and Sabbath for all!

For faves though, Sabotage is my favorite album, followed by Master of Reality, Heaven and Hell, and then Paranoid. I think that Ozzy and Dio are definitely the best. Everything after Mob Rules sounds way too 80's for me.

Songs in no order are:
Heaven and Hell
Sweet Leaf
Lord of this World
Wheels of Confusion
Children of the Sea
Symptom of the Universe
Hole in the Sky
Megalomania
Paranoid
War Pigs
Children of the Grave
Warning
The Wizard
Black Sabbath
Snowblind
Lady Evil
Neon Knights
I
Fairies Wear Boots
Sabbra Cadabra
Spiral Architect
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath
Never Say Die
Johnny Blade

\m/ Forever!

Not taking anything away from the rest of their career, it's the original lineup, the first three albums (Black Sabbath, Paranoid, Master of Reality) and memories of seein em live on the Paranoid and Master of Reality tours that get the chills goin.

They just seemed to be innocently thumping along at what they did best without giving much thought to what is was they were doing.

Although I don't think anybody could have possibly known it at the time, there was something in the water during those days that has never been nor will ever be seen or heard from again.

† Merry Christmas Darth and to all Rock and Popsters.

I /was/ having a very Metal Christmas, having a jolly old time listening to Priest then for some reason I switched to African music, ha.

I've only heard [and enjoyed] songs from the Ozzy and Dio eras. In all the time I've known of Sabbath I've been very hesitant to listen to the others - but perhaps I'll give them a try.

My favourite albums;
Black Sabbath
Master of Reality
Paranoid

My favourite songs;
Snowblind
Black Sabbath
Electric Funeral
Hand of Doom
Children of the Grave
...among others.

Also, Iron Man will always have a special place in my heart, you don't want to know why, ha.

Merry Christmas.

Merry Christmas Darth and everyone else in R&P.
Headless Cross with Martin is a fav.
Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, but loved everything Ozzy
Heaven and Hell and everything Dio also.
Born Again with Gillian also rocks...
I guess everything cept Technical Ecstasy. I just couldn't get into it, listening 5 or 6 times trying to get a handle on it. I never did, but still own the vinyl and still play it from time to time.
AND any Blue Oyster Cult you wanna play...it all rocks for me.
I could go on and on and on and on but I think ya'll get the point.
