I want it in london and liverpool. iam intend to stay two weeks in london and two weeks in liverpool ,may be more.

well being British,, my advice to you would be look for a bed and breakfast and evening meal place, on the outskirts of London. (private house) this would depend on where you want to stay..
East side is the cheapest around Stratford then you can get the underground train into London.... London is a very expensive place to stay in and I mean Expensive..
you will find no friendlier place in England than Liverpool. it will be a lot cheaper there... same again look for a private dwelling (private home) Bed breakfast and evening meal...
