For my hair color? Are they asking for current hair color or natural hair color? I mean, hair colors change. Does anybody else who die their hair ever think about that question?

That's confusing, some people say "natural, and some say my current hair current hair color." Which one is it? It kind of doesn't make sense to say natural when they see me, and it's not the color I wrote down on the form.

It's for a job with the Federal Government. They want to know what I had for breakfast for like the last seven years (kind of lame).

It depends. Are they asking the question because they want to know what you look like or another reason. If they want to know what you look like put down your current color.

Always put down whatever color it is at the moment. You can always explain that you switch hair colors a lot if the question comes up.

I put the color I have been using at the time. I have had many in my life and soon it will be a new one-gray.

natural hair color, because if you write down your natural...they will know if your hair is dyed or not

Say what your hair color is currently, it will make more sence if you are trying to desribe what you look like.
