Very funny question but her life ended in a tragic accident and they said she would be a vegetable the rest of her life.

Yes, but they will always find some type of discrepancy in these cases. They will carefully examine each fruit and inspect it for bruising and other defects. In that case you could be liable for fruit abuse if they find any thing suspicious . They do have good , exclusive lawyers that specialize in these cases.
