Underslip for infant?

Where can I find a underslip in cream or ivory for a 5 month old? Her Christening gown is Ivory and is crocheted and needs something underneath. I have searched all over. Can anyone help?

I don't know where you could get an underslip, but a white or ivory cotton dress or onesie might work instead.

I've never seen one, but you may try LittleMarket. They have a bunch of dresses, anything from normal wear to pagent dresses for infants.
