Get the vitamins and nutrients you need, and avoid consuming a lot of unhealthy food. Health on the inside shows through to the outside. Also, make sure you are getting exercise- even walking several times per week. The older you get, the slower your metabolism and muscle strength is. So work it! Finally, I recommend using a skin care line like the Arbonne Re9 line- its natural with no harmful toxins and works great for anti-aging. They also have a bunch of vitamins and nutrition products, and make-up. Good inner health shows through to the exterior!

All you need to do is concentrate on your health. For example, eat right and exercise. Make sure you drink a lot of water and maybe skip out on fried goods and stick with alternative cooking methods such as baked or boiled items. Also, by exercise, I don't mean that you have to go to the gym for hours every day, but just maybe use stairs as opposed to elevators, park a little further from stores than you normally would to increase your walking, etc. Also, makeup does wonders, but make sure you take it off everynight, otherwise, your skin is going to go downhill.

The most famous and reliable antiaging program on the web is called oldschoolnewbody by Steve and Becky Holman.

This system does not require a boatload on anti-aging drugs, supplements, or gimmick. They teach you how to reverse the aging process. There are specific ways to move, eat and think that tell your brain to stop the aging process and even slow it down. Eat a well balanced, healthy diet and drink lots of water. Get plenty of exercise. Sleep at least 8 hours a night. Wear sunscreen EVERY day. Always take off your makeup and wash your face before you go to bed. Moisturize your face, eyes, and lips before bed. Put body lotion on after you bathe. I have also heard that using a satin or silk pillow case helps reduce wrinkles, but I don't use one. I plan to try. I think the most important thing is to be young of heart. My dad is 72 and he is one of the youngest people I know!

Be Happy…Always…
Because it will truly make you young.
Be kind to your fellow men…
Because most of us rarely look for others outside beauty…
May be when you are looking for a girl friend or a boy friend
They may look for the outside appearance …
But not in people who they mingle with…
Else they always care for the inner beauty…
Be an Optimist…
Because being an optimist you can always see the
Better part of life…you will be able to appreciate
What you are having...
And will not be disappointed in what you are not having…

At the same time…
Find some time to do little exercise to keep you fit..
Drink plenty of water…
Have a healthy diet with lots of fruits and vegetable…

You will never look old...unless you want to be...

All the best….and wishing you a happy new year…

eat veggies, fruits, and LOTS of water to hydrate your skin. avoid smoking bec. it drys out your skin really bad and of course there's more to that. Don't wear make-up that much, keep your face fresh & make-up FREE if you're at home. don't worry too much about bunch of things, just remember that there's always a solution to every problem. last but not the least, . . . SMILE and LAUGHTER makes a person look young & young at heart. =)
