Now that Matt Moore is at QB for the panthers is this a good week to start steve smith or should I sit him cause hes playing tampa??

Smith is a gamer. Look at his stats (23 rec. for 253 yds. with a TD in the past three games) since Moore has been at QB. Moore has a gun for an arm and he's not afraid of going deep (even into double coverage), as shown against Dallas...

Carolina has nothing to lose now that they are out of the playoffs and Tampa Bay has already clinched being a fourth seed behind Seattle. The Bucs might rest a lot of their starters on the defensive side of the ball as well as the offensive side. The question is does Gruden risk his players to play Dallas or Green Bay? Cowboys without T.O. (maybe) or Packers at Lambeau? I say he goes with Dallas which means he rests a lot of his guys...

All that being said: Start him!

He had one of his better weeks in week sixteen and this is it for him....stars who have struggles for any number of reasons may come up huge in the last game. A couple of seasons this statement would not have applied, but he may be a sleeper play for week seventeen,
