Are the at&t ads offensive?

I don't know I think its supposed to be a black person I mean it could be a gingerbread-man but it looks like a brown colored black-face. Isn't black-face supposed to be racist? Is the ad racist?

I think it is just a gingerbread man. But that is just my opinion.

I think it's a gingerbread man in the commercial. You can e-mail AT & T Advertising and let them know your opinion.
