Was i being an jerk?
twouys came to the gym with their sister, girlfriend(of the one guy)They aren't particularly fond of me because of tension i've had with her(she's persian so it's a different culture)and various incidents. They were in one section working out and i basically stayed near them in that section and glanced at them from time to time and i wouldn't venture too much out of there.Eventually the guy looked at me when my back was turned.Do you think they were annoyed?I don't take crap from anyone although i wasn't trying to start anything i stayed steadfast in the areain.(i continued to work out,but kept my eye on them as well).I didn't go anywhere near the girl though. She looked like she may have wanted to talk but i just ignored her.But anyway, about the two guys, why were they giving me those vibes?

Same question as when you - sorry - "Brian" started with "What should I do in this situation". What should you do? Just take a look at all the answers you've already had when you've asked about this exact situation before, and if you'd already done so, you wouldn't have had to post it your usual FIVE times in one session. Oh, and by the way, the answer is "YES"! <-!->

Your behavior sounds rude to me.

So what if she's Persian and it's a different culture? Why would you need to keep an eye on her, or them? Why would you have to make a point of staying 'steadfast in the area'? Why not just mind your own business, finish your own workout, and move on?

They were probably looking at you because you were acting like a dog trying to defend its territory in a situation where it's completely and totally uncalled for. That seems like totally irrational behavior to me, unless she's personally done something to harm you in the past and you're afraid it might happen again.

Her being from a different culture isn't enough of a reason to make an *** of yourself.

Yes, you were being a jerk. You said, "i basically stayed near them in that section". You were waiting on trouble because of your issues with the girl that they were with.

I would like to know how did you know the guy looked at you when your back was turned.

Just staying in the area does not constitute a jerk. You felt negative vibes? if you have a "take no crap" attitude, then maybe your vibes were not so pure either. Maybe there was immaturity all around. Or maybe just an uncomfortable situation.
