I was right, the doctor could feel it and I can still feel it now. The doctor said they would inform the hospital and they would send me a letter. I think ive waited atleast a month and they atill have not sent a letter. What do I do?

See your Doctor,My wife found a lump 2 months ago so i know how your feeling,she had all the scans and when to the hospital for a biopsy and when the stuck the need in it burst, thankfully it was a cyst, shes 39 and her mum died of cancer and her cousin, but the doctor said that at that age the chances of her having breast cancer are very slim,
As for the wait thats a joke we waited 2.5 weeks, but a month is a joke, please dont get yourself stressed over it belive me it makes you feel worse, just phone them up and say if yoy dont give me date i'm going to the LOCAL press and the health service to complain, thats what we did 2 days later it was all done, apart from she has to go for a check up in January. GOOD LUCK

My advice would be to see your doctor again. Tell him/her that you're concerned that you haven't heard anything from the hospital, and ask him/her if they would mind chasing them up about it. Until this is checked out, it's nothing to be trifled with. It needs some action taking.

They shouldn't just inform the hospital, they should run some tests.. that was a weird response to a lump.

Contact your GP when they are open after the holiday, the practice manager will be able to confirm that you have not got lost in the system.

go to the hostpital and tell them or tell your doctor about it again
