Because my Christmas with my family ended at 10:15 this morning when my kids left for my Mom's home in CT
But don't worry about me! I have been left in the company of 3 Labs, 4 rabbits, 1 (particularly ornery) cat, and four more birds!
All I'm missing is the grandchildren!
Merry Christmas, stay where you are, I'm not having guests today!!!

Because I want to be.
My family is on the other side of the world, the stores are closed, there's nothing good on tv, I didn't get any presents that I can be opening right now, so yeah. That's why.

cos my fella is watching Dr Who, we only have one TV and one room to live in. I can hear it in the background but am not watching it. We often share space like this, at least we are together, in our pj's, cosy and warm, and both enjoying our individual activites. when Dr who is over, I'll join him on the settee for the rest of the evening's TV, more wine, more nibbles on eats. Yum Yum
