Take sausage, ham and bacon fry/brown it in skillet.
Cut up onions and peppers and tomatoes and mushrooms and add them to meat.
Beat eggs with heavy cream, salt.
Pour over meat/veg mixture.
Stir so they will not burn!!!
When done remove from burner and sprinkle with cheddar or American cheese and cover with lid till melted.
You can usually eat more than the 'average' amount because it tastes so good!
I like them inside a flour tortilla with picante sauce.

I eat two eggs for breakfast three times a week. As a vegetarian, theyre excellent sources of protein for me, but I limit them because of cholesterol. Other times I stick to things like tofu and beans. Delicious beans!
I prefer mine poached usually.

Scrambled, over easy, poached, boiled, Benedict, omelet; any way they can be cooked in or out of the shell and usually a half dozen of them embryos at a time.
