I enjoy adult movies, however my wife seems to prefer reading erotic stories. Is this common? Do any of you prefer reading, or perhaps even writing, erotic literature as compared to watching a movie? If so, why???

It is very common...Men are visual and need to see the physical act because they are less creative in their own minds. Woman can create that movie and scene in their mind from their own imagination. We are just more in touch with ourself and can create it within ourselves..men have to be shown how.

I enjoy ready anything rather than a movie, though I do like movies. Reading allows you much imagination whereas a movie shows you the events.
