Yes, I have turkey every year. It's not necessary, it's just traditional. I don't think I've ever had lamb. It sounds good. Happy Holidays

No, I've just put the roast pork in the oven. To have with roast potatoes,blueberry sauce and honey basted carrots.
But as I live in Poland, I had to endure the carp last night. Not the tastiest fish in the world.

No, a lot of people have roast beef (tenderloin or rolled rib roast). Everything is good on Christmas. Best of all is family and the love for same.

For lunch? Chicken Breast & Roast Beast on an Onion Roll and HP & BBQ Sauces with Proc. Moza & Proc Chedder.
For breakfast? Two fig newton bars.
For supper? Don't know yet. I'm not at my aunt's.

The only way to have turkey is deep fried. If you've ever had it you'll understand why roast turkey is gross.
