I just successfully saved an old video (super 8) to DVD. How can I save music as a background to this?

You capture the video to your computer and use a program like windows movie maker to add effects and background music.

Once you have edited your movie you publish it back to your hard drive or burn it to another dvd.

There are other editing programs available, most cost less than $80 and some are free like Win Movie Maker...
