Should I pay now?

I won a bid for some jeans on ebay.. Im not sure about the size because it posted two sizes so I asked them. I also asked if they had shipping insurance available. Its been 3 days and I still havent gotten a reply.. I am going to pay and everything but should I wait until I get a reply to officially make payment? It seems weird that theyre not replying..

I would contact them again before sending any money. They may be busy with the holidays and all.
