Sunny, cool and high winds here in Southern CA. Lost electricity for a couple hours early this morning. A very dry Christmas.

the authentic shade of Christmas? possibly the question is like asking what shade is the sea? On a sparkling day the sky is blue and the sea looks blue; on a cloudy gray day, the seas are gray. Christmas's shade is the mirrored image of what we deliver to it. Christmas could nicely be the vivid and ambitious colours of excitement and get excitement from social gathering and fellowship. it could additionally be the somber greys of grieving the inability of family contributors no longer with us around the tree. it rather is the blues of sadness with words unstated, and the bright oranges of rigidity and rigidity--will all of it prove suited? the authentic shade of Christmas is what we deliver to it contemplated lower back to us, revealing who we rather are and calling us to be who we are meant to be.
