Rowan and RIder and TCNJ in New Jersey..
Whats the best to worst of these schools academically?

Here is the order.

The College of New Jersey is the best by a wide margin. It is the only one in the list that I would consider a decent school.

Rowan and Salisbury seem to be of similar quality. Then there is another gap in quality. Rider and Towson seem to be of similar quality.
