We have usually had either a goose or a turkey for my family Christmas dinner for as long as I can remember....although there may be occasions when we have had something else. We are having a small turkey this evening with a few vegetables....there will be 6 of us to eat it.

do you know MY kid brother is a dammed good uncle
he STARTS COOKING FOR MY BIG BROS orphans
three girl 2 boys and forget thee grand and sister in law
the whole PACKAGE
i laugh because he COOKS FOR DAYS
starting thankgiving being he bought a walk in refridgerator
and cooks twelve hams 5 turkeys for chicken salad and
cuts them all up in too seperate portions
CAUSE THE TRUTH HE FINISHED COOKING FOR THE WHOLE HOLIDAY
he feeds them all the way till the last day of the year
and then he goes on vacation
and no they can not go...they hate the MENU.
cause AUNK IS WISE THE FOOD AND THE IDEA IN
THE NERVE IT MIGHT BE ALL THE SAME
but he is UNIQUE YOU DO NOT CRY UNCLE
UNLESS YOU MEAN IT 1! have a merry;;

Cranberry sauce
Blackberry wine
Munchies are Cheddar cheese, salami, homemade chilli dip, chips, fresh fruit, and a bowl of nuts.
Drinks...Bourbon, Amaretto Egg Nog, Carolans and Coffee
Its gonna be a good day!!!! Merry Christmas!!

In Romania we make some things called ''sarmale''(chopped pork meat wrapped in cabbage leaves).We don't eat turkey here,most of the meat is pork!
