When performing oral sex on a woman, for purposes of protection, despite what others may say about it not being possible, use a dental dam. It's a thin silicone sheet that allows the tactile feel to pass though, but none of the secretions she gives out (if she has problems of a "personal" nature, or the two of you want to take no chances either way!)...

Incidetally, if she's never been with anyone else, or hasn't been with anyone else for many, many months, and has a clean bill of health from her physician for STDs...protection is moot and not (usually) necessary.
