There was a rape case like this where it was questionable, and he got away with it because the girl orgasmed.

Answering this question with (rhetorical) questions doesn't really help me with answers. That's why I ask. It makes me wonder what kind of legal system we have.

Of course that is rape. What difference does it make if she had an orgasm??? If she did not want it and was screaming for help, YES that is considered rape!

Yes that is definitely considered rape. It does not matter if the girl orgasms or not. If a guy does not accept no and pushes himself on you than it is rape. He can say that you orgasmed or not. The point is it was a stranger that held you against your will while you screamed, and you were not consenting. TURN HIS *** IN. Whoever else answered that question before me does not know law, or anything else. TURN HIM IN. Your whole life you would have wished you did!

Yes, it is definitely rape. The woman was screaming "NO!" Therefore, it was not consensual. It is entirely possible for a woman to have an orgasm while being raped, even if she does not want to be having that sexual contact. An orgasm is a type of reflex, and some women have them very easily with the right stimulation whether or not they want it.

Yes, it would be. Just because she orgasms doesn't mean it wasn't rape. She was yelling for help, and saying she didn't want to have sex. It was done against her own will. It is rape.

Your question leads me to beleive that you have no idea what rape is. Rape is the illegal, unauthorized taking of sexual favours. The definition of rape doesn't have anything whatsoever to do with orgasm, and whether or not one is attained or not has no bearing on the gravity of the crime.
If I punch you in the nose I commit the crime of assault whether I break your nose or not.

Rape is a form of assault where one individual forces another to have sexual intercourse against that person’s will. It may be defined as forcing a person to submit to any sex act, and is generally considered one of the most serious sex crimes, as well as sometimes very difficult to prosecute. Sexual violence can also be a war crime under international law. Consent may be absent due to duress arising from the use, or threat, of overwhelming force or violence, or because the subject is incapacitated in some way such as intoxication or being underage. In some cases, coercion might also be used to negate consent.
Therefore,as long as it is a forced action..it is consider rape. It's also almost zero chance for someone to orgasm when she was only force and against her will because our nervous system is sending msg. and I dont think it will divert into pleasure and satisfaction which orgasm cause if it's against your will.

You said it yourself: "raped." Just because someone happens to get an orgasm, doesn't mean they want to have it. That bastard did indeed commit rape, and he should be punished, perhaps with death.
As for the judge (or jury) that let him get away, may God have mercy on your soul(s), because I don't.
Where did this occur, anyway? I want to read about it.

Of course it is. When a man goes beyond a woman saying no it's rape regardless of how her body responds.
